Court bundles are the ring binders that contain all the documents used in a court case. All parties to a litigation and the judge get a copy. For large and complex cases the structuring of the information and the organisation of the documents into a bundle is an art form in itself that can determine how well the judge can absorb the information and therefore can determine the outcome of a case.
