My question to Karen that I have posted below that video above at youtu.be/YqBVIafS2tI : Does the World Bank and the Global Debt Facility intend to pay monetary damages for the victims of the global crime cartel? For example those who have been mutilated by the Directed Energy Weapons assault system operated by General John Raymond of the US Space Command that is torturing victims to death around the world? Or those who have been contaminated (on purpose!) with nanotechnology? Those who have been implanted with radio-frequency chip implants that are used for pain torture, neurotech assaults and are giving victims cancer through the radiation? Those who had their marriage, their businesses, their families, their health and their life destroyed by the Black Nobility, the Vatican crime cartel and the banking crime cartel who run the gangsters and human traffickers who are called the "Intelligence Agencies"? |
