I will start this message by quoting Gerard Dibble, the so-called super-lawyer, who says that TI's need to
"Establish there is electronic involuntary intrusion that is objectionable and causes damages".
These are very wise words, but how do we establish this as fact? Answer: Using recorded data to prove it.
One example method of recording is described here: syzygy.eu5.org/How_to_record.txt
Other methods I have used are in video format on YouTube:
Another TI also has video with her recording method: www.youtube.com/channel/UCeztxz6mR14wc7XdzW18r7Q
I have made thousands of recordings of the incoming signal. I have collected sound recordings from other TI's with similar results.
One of my recordings (or something made to sound similar) was used in the 2007 movie Transformers. It is called "the signal that hacked the network". I have uploaded it and other recordings (from my collection and from other TI's) on a site called SoundCloud.
I had asked Binney and Wiebe of the GlobalTISurvey Team if they intended to collect such evidence. They responded that they would, but I have seen no effort in that area.
So, I have proof of a signal which is directed at myself and is doing harm. I don't have the money needed to hire a lawyer to pursue the matter in court. I have sent my data to the FBI, the ICC, the RCMP, and posted links on many message boards and newsgroups like this one.
