However, MuMetal is outrageously expensive. Building a safe zone would cost a sh*t load. But, if money is no object, then by all means, go for it.

MuMetal consists of around 80% nickel, and ALL MuMetal is extremely expensive. If you look at what you posted, nowhere does it state that it's MuMetal, nor does it state that it's 70 to 80% nickel.
